Terms Condition

The enrolled students must follow the following Rules and Regulations of ASA PUNE. without any exceptions, failing which strict disciplinary and legal action will be taken including expulsion from the Institute.

  1. Fee Payment:
  • The student’s need to pay the amount as mentioned in brochure / website at the time of admission only
  • The students can pay the fees through cash or in the form of Demand Draft.
  1. Refund of Fee or Replacement :

(Applicable only for Classroom Study Course) In case if a student is not able to continue the classes due to some unavoidable reasons, ASA PUNE will provide two alternatives to such candidates: Student can avail the fees refund facility within first 4-5 days of the commencement of either batch or course. Fees will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges of Rs. 7000/-. Refund amount will be paid through account payee cheque only, which will be in the name of candidate. Refund requests made verbally, over telephones, e-mails or by fax will not be valid or accepted. Submit the refund and or replacement application in person to the coordinator in the admission office. Only the student or parents can submit “Fee Refund “application. Please note that, we will not accept the Fee Refund applications from any other person/relative/friend. The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any refund of fee or seat replacement received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt & written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or entertained.

 

  1. Identity Card: Each student will be issued an Identity card after the payment of full fees. The entry of the student into classes ASA PUNE premises will be allowed only with Identity card. For attending the classes, students are requested to collect their Identity cards from admission office before commencement of the batch. (i) Student not carrying ASA PUNE Identity card, shall not be permitted to attend the classes under any circumstances. (ii) If the Identity card or fee receipt of the student is lost or misplaced then no duplicate Identity card or fee receipt will be issued to the student. (iii) Identity card must be retained by the students with full caution and safety. It is a very important document and a proof of your association with ASA PUNE. The re-issuing of the identity card will depend on the discretion of the management, considering the circumstances in which the Identity card was lost. Management’s decision regarding the re-issue will be final and abiding. If the management decide to re-issue the Duplicate Identity card, the student will have to submit the valid reason in written with an amount of Rs. 200/- and one recent passport size photograph.
  2. Change of Batch:
  • The batch or center, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence, students are advised to discuss batch timings and dates with our Executive/counselors and accordingly join suitable batches as per the convenience.
  1. Study Material and Assignment:
  • Relevant Study material and Assignment will be distributed to all the students except ex-student of ASA PUNE. Student must collect their study material as and when the announcements are made. After the due dates, ASA PUNE will not be responsible for any issue related to study material.
  • Study material will be issued at the respective center of candidate only after showing the ID card and punching of study material into Identity card is compulsory. • Study material is provided for the use of candidates who are enrolled with ASA PUNE and it must not be sold or transferred to other candidates, under any circumstances.
  1. Attendance Policy:
  • Students must attend the classes, Regular test and Test Series regularly in their assigned batches and as per the scheduled time table only. Students will be solely responsible for their absence in classes / Test Series. In case of absence, permission to attend missed classes in other batches, is subject to the discretion of management and availability of seats and it is not mandatory for institute to provide back up for missed classes.
  • In case of absence in Test Series, no separate question papers will be issued to the students.
  1. General Instructions:
  • Students are advised to remain disciplined and show sincerity within the premises of ASA PUNE. If anyone is found guilty of misbehaving with ASA PUNE staff or classmates, fighting, damaging ASA PUNE property or any illegal activity, will be completely debarred from attending the classes and strict legal actions will be taken against him / her. • ASA PUNE reserves the right to make any alterations in its programs / fees / faculty / venue of classes without any prior notice to anybody. However, all such changes will be well noticed to the students. The decision of ASA PUNE management shall be final and abiding.
  • If there is any change in the syllabus during the course of the program, the institute will make all the possible efforts to cover the revised syllabus. However, it is not mandatory binding upon the Institute.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FACULTIS/STAFF

The enrolled faculties (permanant or Clock hour basis) must follow the following Rules and Regulations of ASA PUNE. without any exceptions, failing which strict disciplinary and legal action will be taken including expulsion from the Institute.

These terms and conditions of employment apply to all staff and should be read in conjunction with the particular terms that are appended to this agreement (and form part of this agreement) and personalised offer letters (for permanant faculty) which give further details relating to employment, including job title, grade, rate of pay, hours of work and date of commencement of duties including continuous employment date.

PAYMENT

1. Basic salary accrues from day to day and is payable monthly by credit transfer into a member of staff’s nominated bank/building society account normally on 1st or 2nd day of each calendar month, subject to the deduction of tax (10% on each salary), national insurance and any other agreed or lawfully required deductions, including the deduction of pension contributions where appropriate. You can recover on personal level from government.

2. Any payment we will not hold  if target is completed within the period of time (5-10th  and 11-12th syllabus should be completed by 30- Jan. 10 extra days for the revision) if faculty fails need to complete in revision days.

3. If staff (permanant or CHB) if not available in office without prior to inform the management person and lectures stopped for 3-4 days Academy will charge 5000 as a panelty.

4. Staff offered job with joining letter cannot  resign from the position should continue until syllabus completed. If still want to resign then 80% amount CTC will be recovered. (eg. If package is 2L per annum then 1.6L panelty will be recovered) and official Notice will be sent to the employees.

5. Once the resignation confirm the formalities like whatever material provided by academy need to submitt within 2-3 working days if staff fails Academy will take necessory action against it.

STAFF RESTRICTIONS

1. Staff person should reach on time in office.

2. Key responsibilities of faculty: Strictly need to check home work, need to make notes for students(word file), weekly test paper (in word file), Doubt clearing sessions, focus on week students personally, Final exams 10 papers (on 10 feb). and should check question papers.

3. Any staff (instead management person) should not contact to any student personally if this thing happend then academy will take appropriate decision against it.

4. Staff (permanant) cannot join any other job. If this is happening academy will terminate the staff and panelty of 2 month salery will be recovered. (there is no restriction for the clock hour bsis person but the staff should conduct lectures on time if it fails then panelty of 5000 will be charged).

CONTINOUS EMPLOYMENT

 1. Any previous periods of employment with the Academy, or a previous employer which are to be included in the period of continuous service, will be referred to in personalised offer letters.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VENDOR'S

LATE DELIVERY AND PENALTY. Should the Seller fail to make delivery on time as stipulated in the Contract (Quotation). In the case we can cancel the the product at any time the Academy will not responsible for the same. In case of the late delivery recieved by the Academy the penalty of 3% on order can be reduced.

 SERVISE AND SERVICE WARANTY: If the seller providing any instrument or any device to the Academy which includes the period of waranty and service waranty and seller fails to provide it then Academy will can take necessory action against it.

SERVISE AND REPLACE WARANTY:  If vendor/seller providng any equipment/electronic which is having any defect or any other issues then seller should replace it within 7 days, if seller fails to fullfill it then Academy will accept the material and the penalty of (complete installation/configuration/manpower/transportation and other spenditure) will be recovered.
